Live Demo presenters should prepare a poster. The recommended poster format is landscape, and must fit on the 4 ft × 8 ft poster board. Push pins will be provided onsite. Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters, as well as setting them up before the session begins and removing them promptly after it ends. Live Demo presenters will also be provided the following items:
- 4ft x 8ft Poster Board (horizontal)
- 6-foot long by 30-inch wide table
- 43 inch screen (on table, HDMI cable to connect computer to screen is provided)
- Power
Hotel Wifi will be provided to all attendees, if further connection is needed presenters are expected to provide their own.
