41 countries are eligible for the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), which allows their citizens to travel to Hawaii by simply applying for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). In accordance with the VWP requirements, they can travel to Hawaii for up to 90 days for tourism or business without a visa. The application can be completed online and approved within a few minutes to a couple of days.
